Gerardo Bernal Castaño is a lawyer from the Universidad Libre, graduated in 1963 and during his extensive career he has practiced criminal law, mainly in matters of traffic accidents; in commercial law, family law and notarial law.
For more than 8 years he was Second Notary of the Circle of Bogotá and founding president of the College of Notaries of Colombia.
He is currently a member of the Association of Former Notaries of Colombia.
He was a University Professor of Criminal, Labor and Agrarian Law at the Free and Autonomous Universities of Colombia.
Gerardo Bernal Castaño has also been a Councilor of Bogotá, Representative to the Chamber and Senator of the Republic.

Víctor Manuel Bernal Callejas is a trilingual lawyer (English, French and Italian) with a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Pennsylvania (USA) and a Master of International Business Law from the Sorbonne University School of Law (France). .
I count on work experience in public surveillance and control entities, mixed trust companies, law firms and in international legal affairs offices of state entities in matters of public and private international law.
I have also served as teacher undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Colombian universities.
